Leveraging the inherent colours and patterns already ingrained within the blocks, a spirited amalgamation is&nbsp; orchestrated. This artistic vision seamlessly extends into the table's legs, where an intentional gradient emerges: as proximity to the ground increases, the design transitions to incorporate more exposed, natural wooden blocks, creating a visual continuum and inviting individuals to sit on the floor, serving as an adult-friendly playing surface or fostering leisurely conversations over a shared cup of tea. The Disagreement Libraries aims to republish websites from the 2000s dealing with black racial issues (in this edition focusing on Europe and Northern America) and reactivate their content through a dissection of their layers accompanied by contemporary commentary. This originates from a reflection on comparisons between the reading experience in digital and print: The human traces/errors from scanning, changes in placement of the book on the scanning surface as well as the folding at the spine and at the corners from use, spines not matching with the perfect half size of the spread, experiments with moving image and scans displaying the errors in scanning in one more standard format, speed making the marks more apparent, and finally the sound of pages flipping influencing the shape of a 3d model, digital and physical coming together, influencing each other.
